  I have never had a worse experience in a video game store. The biggest problem is the staffs lack of a desire to help customers. I've frequently seen 2-3 employees talking with the same customer while there's a line of 5 people behind them. Employees also seem to go out of their way to be unhelpful and act in an arrogant manner. Lastly, the last 4-5 products I've tried to purchase there have been on the shelves but when I go to the counter to make my purchase, they tell they don't have the product, and then look at me funny because I am astonished they would display a product they do not have without some sort of indication it is not in stock. I would rather not play video games then have to shop at this store again.
